Fuel discount scheme terms and conditions

  1. To qualify for the fuel discount scheme, spend a total of $40.00 in one transaction ("Qualifying Spend") at a participating Woolworths, Foodtown, Countdown, FreshChoice or participating SuperValue supermarket.  Purchases at Woolworths @ Gull and Foodtown or Woolworths online shopping do not qualify for the fuel discount scheme.


  1. On purchasing groceries totalling the Qualifying Spend, you will be issued with a fuel discount voucher ("Voucher").


  1. The Voucher entitles the bearer to a discount on petrol, diesel or automotive LPG ("Fuel Discount") at participating Shell and Gull service stations.  The current Fuel Discount is 4 cents per litre.  All fuel types may not be available at all participating service stations.


  1. Tobacco products, Christmas Club vouchers, gift vouchers and lottery tickets are not included in the Qualifying Spend.


  1. Vouchers can be redeemed at all paricipating Gull and shell service stations.


  1. Vouchers are not redeemable at Shell truckstop locations, Gull Drive Thru service stations and some independent Shell and Gull service stations.  Participating service stations will be clearly marked with the Foodtown, Woolworths, Countdown, FreshChoice and/or participating SuperValue supermarket's branding.


  1. The Qualifying Spend and Fuel Discount may change at any time without notice.  The applicable Fuel Discount is the Fuel Discount printed on the Voucher.


  1. Each voucher can be used for one fuel pump transaction to a maximum of 100 litres of fuel.


  1. The fuel discount scheme starts on 30 July 2007 and continues until notified otherwise instore.


  1. Vouchers are valid for one month from the date of issue.


  1. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other fuel discount promotion.


  1. Vouchers are not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.


  1. The Fuel Discount does not apply to fuel card, including Shell Card, Dual Card, Fleet Card Drive Card or Carlink OneCard/PlusOne, transactions
