SuperValue is recalling the WW branded Potato Egg and Bacon prepack Salad with a use by date of 13 JUL 21, due to the potential presence of listeria bacteria following routine testing. 

SuperValue has issued a nationwide recall of this product which is sold at SuperValue, FreshChoice & Countdown. To date, SuperValue has not received any reports of illness.

The impacted product has the use by date 13 JUL 2021.  Any customer who has bought this batch of this product should not eat it, and is asked to return the product to their nearest SuperValue, Countdown or FreshChoice store for a full refund.

SuperValue takes food safety very seriously and we apologise to customers for any inconvenience caused by this recall. A full investigation is being carried out into the cause.
