Terms & Conditions
Introduction
1. These terms and conditions provide information regarding the 5-star Bosch Dishwasher promotion with
Finish promotion at FreshChoice and SuperValue supermarkets (“Promotion”).
2. This Promotion runs in New Zealand from 30/10/23 until 10/12/23.
3. Any person not complying with these Terms and Conditions is ineligible to receive the prize.
4. Acceptance of the prize and participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Employees of the Promoter (and any other agencies associated with this Promotion) and their
immediate families are ineligible to enter this Promotion.
Prize
6. There are Ten (10) 5-star Bosch Dishwashers to be won, nationwide, valued at $2,499.00 each (The Prize), with the total prize pool value being $24,499.00 NZD. The Prize can only be redeemed in New Zealand. In the event that the prize can not be obtained, despite the Promoter’s reasonable
endeavours to procure it, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize of equal or
greater value.
7. The Promoter and Partner are not responsible for lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen Prize once it is claimed.
8. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not warrant the acceptable quality, suitability and/or fitness for purpose of any goods awarded as a Prize.
9. If the Prize (or any part of the Prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter in its sole discretion reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) for another prize of equal or greater value.
10. The colour of the Bosch dishwasher in the Prize is subject to the Promoter and may vary depending on availability.
11. The Promoter and Partner take no responsibility for:
a. any variations in the value of a Prize;
b. any tax implications that may arise from the Prize (individual financial advice should be sought);
c. any ancillary costs or accessories associated with the Prize;
d. any repairs or maintenance of any kind relating to the Prize after the delivery of the Prize to the
winner.
12. The Prize does NOT include installation of the Bosch dishwasher or removal of any old/existing
dishwasher. These costs, and any other ancillary costs or accessories, are the responsibility of the
winner.
13. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable (as between the customer and WDL), cannot be
redeemed for or substituted with cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
14. There is a 24-month warranty for the Bosch dishwasher. The Prize winner is required to register the dishwasher for warranty which can be completed at https://www.bosch-home.co.nz/mybosch/register-an-appliance.
15. The Prize winner is required to sign up to a My Bosch Account for warranty which can be completed at https://www.bosch-home.co.nz/mybosch/registration.

17. There is a 10-year anti-rust warranty for the Bosch dishwasher for the internal stainless-steel cavity. The anti-

Entry
19. To enter, customers must purchase any Finish product from any SuperValue or FreshChoice supermarket during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Purchase”), proceed through the checkout, enter their full name and phone number on their till receipt (which indicates their Qualifying Purchase) and place their receipt into the entry box in-store.
a. We recommend taking a picture of the receipt before placing into the entry box in-store in case
there is a need to refer to the receipt at a future date.
20. If WDL forms the view in its sole discretion that a customer has not complied with these Terms & Conditions, WDL reserves the right to not provide or withhold the Prize from that customer. WDL’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Judging/Prize winners
21. The Promoter will draw the Prize winners on Friday 15 th January 2024 by random selection from all valid entries.
22. The winner will be notified by the Promoter’s agency, Attivo Limited trading as Farrimond, via the phone number they used to enter, through either a text or call within five (5) working days of the draw date. If a winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) working days after the first attempted contact, their Prize will be redrawn and awarded to another eligible entrant on the same terms and conditions as the original draw.
23. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged, however caused. Entries will be consolidated prior to the draw.
General
24. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of WDL, including but not limited to, pandemic, epidemic, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, acts or omissions of third parties, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, WDL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. Further, WDL may also recommence the promotion on the same terms in its sole discretion.
25. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
26. Certain legislation may imply warranties or conditions or impose other obligations including statutory consumer guarantees which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified except to a limited extent. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter or Partner excludes all guarantees, warranties, conditions or other terms that apply under or are implied by statute, common law or trade custom or usage except as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
27. If in the conduct of this promotion, WDL or Partner is liable for a breach of any guarantee, warranty, condition or other term that applies under the Consumer Guarantees Act, WDL’s liability under that legislation is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the cost of replacement of any benefit provided.
28. WDL, Partner and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any benefit, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
29. Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law.
30. To the extent that WDL is collecting or accessing any personal information as part of this promotion, WDL may use such information including personal information that has been provided for the purpose of running the promotion, and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with this promotion.
31. WDL may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centres, advertising agencies and direct mail houses) which the Promoter engages for that purpose.

33. The Partner will not be collecting, using or disclosing any personal information during the course of the Promotion. The Partner does not accept any responsibility for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by the Promoter.
34. As a condition of accepting the gift and participating in the promotion on behalf of a recipient or customer under the age of 18 years old, the recipient’s parent or guardian accepts these Terms and Conditions.
35. WDL may vary these terms and conditions at any time during the Offer Period without notice, including in response to COVID-19.
36. WDL reserves the right to extend, suspend, modify, amend, terminate or withdraw the promotion at any time in its sole discretion.
37. Please ensure that you regularly check these Terms and Conditions for any variations.
38. Failure by WDL to enforce these terms and conditions immediately will not be considered a waiver of WDL’s right to take such enforcement action.
39. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
