The Prize is not transferable, redeemable and may not be exchanged for cash. Subject to legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value and the prize winner will be notified accordingly. The Prize can not be used in conjunction with any other special offer.

Terms Binding

Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of these terms and conditions. Entries not made in accordance with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. Acceptance of the prize by the prize winner is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The promotion commences on Saturday 2nd October 2:00pm and closes Friday 8:00am 8th October 2021 (the “Promotional Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotional Period will be ineligible for entry. The promoter is Wholesale Distributors, 29 Byron Street, Sydenham, Christchurch (the “Promoter”).

Who is Eligible

Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over, who have a valid Facebook account to participate and who comply with these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process.

How to Enter

To enter the competition you must let us know your top tip to live a little greener on the original Facebook post.

Winner

There will be one (1) drawn from the entry pool. The winner(s) will be drawn at the end of the promotional period. The Promoter will comment the winner(s) name(s) on the original competition Facebook post. The winner(s) will then need to contact the Promoter via Facebook messenger. Attempts will be made to notify the winner(s) via the original post. If a prize winner wishes to claim their prize, the prize winner must reply to the Facebook communication and verify their eligibility to win under these terms and conditions within 5 working days of the prize draw. If the prize winner fails to do either or both of those things by the deadline, that prize winner will be deemed to have forfeited their prize. Subject to legislation, in the event that the prize winner forfeits their prize or a prize remains unclaimed, further draw(s) will be conducted following the same procedure as the original draw.

In the event that the redraw winner does not claim their prize or is ineligible, the Promoter will conduct further redraws until the prize is awarded (subject to any further regulatory directions). The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is valued at RRP $100.00 as at Friday 1st October 2021. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any subsequent variation in prize.

Prize Terms

In the event that a prize item is unavailable despite SuperValue's reasonable endeavours, SuperValue reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal value. Each prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. SuperValue is not responsible for any breech of these terms and conditions. Each prize is only available in New Zealand. SuperValue reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple entries in respect of one draw or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. SuperValue's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Variations

SuperValue reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion.

Exclusions and Liability

SuperValue is not responsible for late or misdirected entries and takes no responsibility for any entries not correctly lodged. To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting any rights entrants may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in relation to the promotion, SuperValue and its related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or claiming/winning any prize. SuperValue is not responsible for the transmission or receipt of any incorrect information associated with entries, either caused by user error or any equipment or programming malfunction associated with the promotion.
