Easy Baked Honey Garlic Drumsticks
An easy chicken glaze recipe.
Delicious chicken glaze to use on the BBQ or the grill.
Ingredients
- 1.5kg Chicken Drumsticks
- 4 tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 tbsp of honey
Method
- Preheat oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
- Layer the chicken drumsticks in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl combine garlic ,honey ,soy and vinegar in a bowl and whisk well.
- Pour mixture over drumsticks and coat evenly.
- Bake 40-45 minutes or until skin is crisp and caramelized and chicken cooked through.
- Serve over a bed of rice or mashed potato
Cooking Tip
For dark crispy skin, place cooked chicken under grill for 3-5 minutes until it reaches desired crispiness.
