Cheese & Bacon Ball

Perfect with veggies, crackers or chips. Make a platter statement with this tasty creation!


  • 450g cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup cheese (shredded)
  • 3/4 cup bacon bits1/4 cup spring onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup pecans or any other desired nuts (chopped)

  1. Beat the cream cheese and cheese together.
  2. Form the cheese into a ball and tightly wrap the ball in plastic wrap.
  3. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, until firm.
  4. In a bowl, stir together the rest of the ingredients, and roll the cheese ball in the mixture.
  5. Wrap again and refrigerate until ready to serve.
