Peanut Butter Fruit Smoothie

This peanut butter fruit smoothie includes weet-bix to help you stay fuller for longer. The perfect way to start the day or as a healthy afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 weet-bix
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 2 tbs strawberry (for decoration, if desired)
  • 20ml maple syrup
  • 400ml almond milk, chilled
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

Method

  1. Combine the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into serving glasses and top with extra fruit if desired. Serve immediately. Note: Add extra milk to thin if necessary.
