5-Minute Gourmet Muesli
Ingredients
- 2 punnet strawberries
- 2 tbs fresh passionfruit pulp
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 700g icelandic style natural yoghurt
- 1 1/2 cup fruit & nut muesli
Method
- Wash, hull and mash strawberries in a small bowl with a fork.
- Mix vanilla bean paste with yoghurt.
- Place 1/3 cup of muesli at the bottom of four bowls.
- Divide the mashed strawberries across the muesli followed by a quarter of the yoghurt.
- Drizzle 1/2 tbs of passionfruit pulp over each dish and a few extra sprinkles of muesli.
