Cauliflower Cheese Bake
Ingredients
- 2 tbs plain flour
- 60g butter
- 2 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 tbs dijon mustard
- 2 cup cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
Method
- Separate cauliflower into large florets. Cook cauliflower in boiling, salted water for 3-4 minutes or until just tender. Drain and transfer to a greased oven-proof baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan, stir in flour and cook over a gentle heat for 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk and bring to the boil. Add mustard and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Stir until cheese has melted and sauce has thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour sauce over cauliflower. Sprinkle with combined breadcrumbs and remaining cheese.’
