Crock-Pot Pork Steak
A hearty slow cooked dish full of flavour.
Enjoy these tender pork steaks, a perfect dish for winter.
Ingredients
- 1-1.5kg Pork Steaks
- 330ml Coca-Cola
- 1 cup of Honey
- 3 Tbsp Cornflour
- 3 Tbsp Cold Water
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- 2 large apples, sliced
Method
- Place pork steaks, coke, honey, onion and apple in the crock-pot, cook 4-6 hours.
- Place pork steaks in serving dish and keep warm.
- Combine water and cornflour.
- Transfer juices from crock-pot to a skillet/frypan, on medium heat.
- Add cornflour and water mix to juices and thicken.
- Pour over pork steaks.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
