Fast Fish Tacos
Crumbed hoki is the hero in this Mexican favourite. Then simply top with kaleslaw and chunky salsa.
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place fish fillets on prepared tray, and bake for 18 minutes, or until golden, turning halfway through cooking. Cut fillets in half to make strips.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, prepare kaleslaw kit according to packet instructions.
- Remove freshness sachets from tortillas. Microwave tortillas, in the packet, for 25 seconds. Fill warm tortillas with kaleslaw and crumbed fish strips and top with salsa to serve.
