Fast Fish Tacos

Crumbed hoki is the hero in this Mexican favourite. Then simply top with kaleslaw and chunky salsa.

Ingredients

  • 1 burrito tortillas
  • 480g crumb hoki fillets
  • 350g kaleslaw kit
  • 375g mild chunky salsa

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place fish fillets on prepared tray, and bake for 18 minutes, or until golden, turning halfway through cooking. Cut fillets in half to make strips.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, prepare kaleslaw kit according to packet instructions.
  4. Remove freshness sachets from tortillas. Microwave tortillas, in the packet, for 25 seconds. Fill warm tortillas with kaleslaw and crumbed fish strips and top with salsa to serve.
