Ingredients

  • 1 can (395g) Sweet Condensed Milk
  • 290g NESTLÉ BAKERS’ CHOICE White Melts
  • 200g NESTLÉ BAKERS’ CHOICE White CHOC BITS
  • Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 2 extra large eggs
  • 125g unsalted butter
  • Green food colouring
  • Edible black writing icing

Method

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180°c/ 160°c fan forced. Grease and line base and sides of a 20cm slice/ cake tin.
  2. 2. prepare betty crocker triple chocolate fudge brownie mix (500g) as per instructions on packet
  3. 3. In saucepan place 295ml of sweetened condensed milk and 290g white chocolate melts and stir until melted and smooth. add a couple of drops of food colouring to make the mixture a light green colour, pour over brownie mix evenly and allow to cool completely
  4. 4. Using a hot knife cut brownie into 4 long strips, then into mismatched angled shapes of roughly the same size, place two pieces of white chocolate bits on each slice for eyes and use the black gel pen to draw pupils onto eyes.
