Pulled Pork Burritos with Avocado & Slaw

Ingredients
- 560g slow-cooked pork shoulder with BBQ sauce
- 4 jumbo four tortillas, warmed
- 300g fine cut coleslaw kit
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 2 avocados
- 1/3 bunch coriander, sprigs picked
Method
- Prepare pork according to packet instructions.
- Place warm tortillas on serving plates.
- Empty coleslaw into a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and season with freshly ground black pepper. Toss to combine.
