Speedy Tuna Pasta Salad


  • 500g Woolworths spirals
  • 1/4 cup Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1 tbs tomato sauce
  • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 small yellow capsicums, deseeded, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 425g canned tuna in springwater, drained, flaked
  • 1/2 bunch dill, roughly chopped
  • 1 bunch spring onions, white part only, thinly sliced

  1. Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water for 8 minutes or until al dente. Drain. Refresh under cold water, then drain.
  2. Meanwhile, combine yoghurt, sauce and oil in a large bowl. Season.
  3. Add pasta, capsicum, tomato, cucumber, red onion, tuna, dill and spring onion to yoghurt mixture and gently toss to combine. Season. Serve sprinkled with extra dill.
