Preheat oven to 210°C/190°C fan-forced. Line a large baking dish with foil, then baking paper.
Place drumsticks, mayonnaise, soy, honey, sesame seeds and oil in a large bowl. Toss until chicken is well coated. Transfer to dish. Add cup water. Bake, turning every 15 minutes, for 45 minutes or until chicken is golden and cooked through. Cover dish with foil and rest for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, make slaw according to packet instructions. Heat rice according to packet instructions. Serve chicken with slaw and rice.
