Sticky Sausage Wraps

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 600g sausages
- 1 large red capsicum, quartered, deseeded, thinly sliced
- 400g coleslaw
- 1/3 cup coleslaw dressing
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into thin strips
- 60g baby spinach leaves
- 4 wholemeal Lebanese bread rounds, warmed
Method
- Combine sauce, honey, and garlic in a small bowl.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook sausages and capsicum, turning, for 8 minutes or until cooked through. Remove capsicum from pan. Add honey mixture and cook for 2 minutes, turning sausages to coat in sauce.
- Meanwhile, combine coleslaw and dressing in a bowl. Season.
- Place coleslaw, sausages, capsicum, cucumber, and spinach on bread and roll to enclose filling, then serve.
