Ingredients

  • 500g cooked lamb strips
  • 8 soft white wraps
  • 300g baby leaf salad mix
  • 350g mixed grain tabbouleh

Method

  1. 1. Preheat a barbecue or chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Bring lamb to room temperature. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Cook lamb for 8-10 minutes, turning often, or until charred on all sides.
  3. 3. Open wraps, discard freshness sachet and microwave in pack for 45 seconds.
  4. 4. To assemble souvlaki, top wraps with salad mix, tabbouleh and lamb.
