BBQ Lamb Souvlaki Wraps With Tabbouleh
This homemade lamb souvlaki has all the classic flavours of a trip to Greece!
The result is melt in your mouth deliciousness of the highest order.
Ingredients
- 500g cooked lamb strips
- 8 soft white wraps
- 300g baby leaf salad mix
- 350g mixed grain tabbouleh
Method
- 1. Preheat a barbecue or chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Bring lamb to room temperature. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Cook lamb for 8-10 minutes, turning often, or until charred on all sides.
- 3. Open wraps, discard freshness sachet and microwave in pack for 45 seconds.
- 4. To assemble souvlaki, top wraps with salad mix, tabbouleh and lamb.
