Beef & Noodle Stir-Fry
Make this delicious stir-fry for a quick & easy dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch bok choy, trimmed, shredded
- 2 carrots, thinly shredded
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup Honey & Soy Marinade Sauce
- 300g 2 minute beef noodles (4 packets x 4)
- 500g beef stir fry
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
Method
- Prepare noodles following packet directions. Set aside and keep warm.
- Heat a wok over high heat until hot. Add 1 tsp oil and swirl around wok. Add 1/4 of beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Stir-fry remaining portions of beef, adding more oil, as required.
- Reheat wok. Add spring onions (reserving some for garnishing) and carrot. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add bok choy and 2 tbs water. Cover and cook for 2 minutes or until just wilted. Return beef to wok with marinade. Toss for 2 minutes until well combined and heated through. Garnish with spring onion. Serve with noodles.
