Beef Ramyun
Take your palate on an authentic adventure with The Han Kitchen Pocha Ramyun. This Korean-inspired beef noodle dish is big on flavour, aroma and spice.
Ingredients
- 118g The Han Kitchen Pocha Ramyun
- 1 small carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 baby pak choy, halved lengthways
- 100g beef rump steak medallion, thinly sliced
- 1 spring onion, thinly sliced diagonally
- 1/2 long red chilli, thinly sliced
- 1 tbs kimchi, to serve
Method
- Place 550ml water in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to the boil.
- Add noodles, soup base and flakes sachets. Cook for 2 minutes. Add carrot, mushroom, pak choy and beef. Cook, covered, for a further 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender and meat is just cooked through. Top with onion and chilli. Serve with kimchi.
