Heat the oven to fan forced 170 degrees. Then start by slicing thin strips out of the puff pastry, these will be the ‘bandages’ for the mummies. Then gently wrap each pre-cooked sausage with the ‘bandages’ and place onto a lightly greased baking tray. Making sure that you left a big enough gap at the top for the mummy’s eyes. Bake for about 5-7 minutes or until golden. Once baked, add candy eyes to the mummy, then enjoy!
