Traditional Yorkshire Puddings
Traditionally served with a good hearty roast like Beef, and bucket loads of homemade gravy
Method
- Preheat the oven to 225°C Fan Forced.
- Using a 12 hole muffin tray (something with some reasonable depth), pour enough oil in to just cover the base of each muffin hole.
- Pop the muffin tray into the oven for 10-15 minutes so the oil gets really hot.
- Meanwhile, beat the eggs, milk, flour, and a pinch of salt/pepper together in a jug until light and smooth.
- Carefully remove the muffin tray from the oven, and pour the batter max evenly across the 12 compartments.
- Pop the tray back in the oven to cook for 12-15 minutes, or until risen and golden.
