Beetroot Dip

This quick and easy beetroot dip is healthy and looks beautiful on the table
Nobody will be able to resist that vibrant colour!
Ingredients
- 425g of tinned beetroot slices drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream or greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a hand blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve with your favourite crackers and vegetable sticks.
