Easy Sausage Wraps
Looking for an easy dinner recipe? Try this tasty 20-minute sausage recipe featuring delicious Angus beef sausages, slaw and soft wraps.
Ingredients
- 500g caramelised onion & angus beef sausages
- 5ml olive oil cooking spray
- 4 lower carb wholemeal wraps
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 300g fine cut coleslaw
Method
- Heat a greased barbecue plate over medium-high heat. Spray sausages with oil. Cook sausages, turning regularly, for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil to keep warm.
- Meanwhile, heat wraps on grill for 20 seconds each side or until warmed through.
- Combine coleslaw and half the aioli in a bowl. Season with pepper.
- Slice each sausage in half lengthways. Spread a little of the remaining aioli down the centre of each wrap. Top with slaw and sausages. Fold wraps to enclose filling and serve.
