Easy Sausage Wraps

Looking for an easy dinner recipe? Try this tasty 20-minute sausage recipe featuring delicious Angus beef sausages, slaw and soft wraps.


  • 500g caramelised onion & angus beef sausages
  • 5ml olive oil cooking spray
  • 4 lower carb wholemeal wraps
  • 1/2 cup garlic aioli
  • 300g fine cut coleslaw

  1. Heat a greased barbecue plate over medium-high heat. Spray sausages with oil. Cook sausages, turning regularly, for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil to keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, heat wraps on grill for 20 seconds each side or until warmed through.
  3. Combine coleslaw and half the aioli in a bowl. Season with pepper.
  4. Slice each sausage in half lengthways. Spread a little of the remaining aioli down the centre of each wrap. Top with slaw and sausages. Fold wraps to enclose filling and serve.
