Garlic and Rosemary Wedges
Perfect side for any meal
Potatoes and Parsnip go great together in this yummy dish to make these yummy wedges!
Ingredients
- 2 small parsnips, cut lengthwise into quarters
- 4-6 floury potatoes, scrubbed and sliced into wedges
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- sprinkle of sea salt (optional)
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 3-4 fresh rosemary sprigs
Method
- Place all indgredients in a roasting pan. Toss to coat. Bake at 200 degrees celcius for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy. Turn over several times during cooking. Garnish if desired. Remove the rosemary sprigs before serving.
