Spiced Apple & Cranberry Balls
The grain-free vegan apple pie bites are made without added sugar and will be ready in 10 minutes!
These no-bake energy balls are vegan, gluten-free, paleo-friendly, and will be one of your favorite fall snack recipes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups dried apple
- ½ cup oats
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- ¼ cup cranberries, roughly chopped
Method
- Place all ingredients except cranberries in a food processor, add 1 & 1/2 Tbsp water, and pulse until well combined.
- Remove blade then stir in chopped cranberries.
- Roll 1 tablespoon mixture into a ball and place on a tray lined with baking paper. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or until balls have set.
